Cooper's 66 Eatery & Drinkery is a family owned restaurant. Our restaurant has a Route 66 atmosphere and a causal dining experience that you won't forget.
The diner is located in the beautiful Brick Town District at the corner of 2nd and Main, one block south of the Joplin Post Office. As you may have guessed, we are on the old "Route 66 highway". Our hours: Monday, Wednesday & Thursday 10am to 7pm. Tuesday and Friday, 10am to 9pm. Saturday, 11:30am to 3pm. We would love to have you join us.
Our appetizers, salads, sandwiches and pasta are made fresh for you each day. Our meats are smoked and "hand pulled" in our kitchen. Our fantastic pulled pork sandwich is all the proof you will need.
We also have homemade pies, domestic and Craft Beers and wine.
You can create your own 7 inch personal pan pizza, just the way you like it. We serve it up HOT right out of the oven. Cooper's has a variety of sandwiches for you to choose from, including our famous "Grandma's Old Fashion Chicken Salad Sandwich". This one is a customer favorite and we guarantee you'll be back for more!
And don't forget the greens! We have 4 crisp green salads for a light but filling alternative. We recommend our "Cooper's Cobb" with BBQ Chicken. Our customers rave that it is simply amazing!
